     The main aim of this Project is to provide employment opportunities, giving people with intellectual disability the chance to become productive individuals by providing them with vocational skills in the field of presentation of food and beverages, and to improve their access to social activities.

     For this Project, which consists of periods of 6 months, 12 children with intellectual disability were selected from those who had been OSSEP athletes for several years, had a high level of social adaptation with a level of disability assessed at medium as a maximum, and whose families had shown an encouraging level of cooperation.
The concept of the program;
     Servicing of food & beverages in the kitchen; The program was prepared with the aim of developing the ability of the children with intellectual disability to work in the kitchen and service field in the tourism sector. The program consists of practical training courses aimed at providing work experience to the people with intellectual disability in the kitchen and service field while increasing their functional abilities to the highest level. Skills to be acquired in the Kitchen courses include; Preparation of Food, Preparation of Service Plates, Preparation of Beverages. Skills to be acquired in the Food & Beverage course; Taking Orders, Preparation of Orders, Presentation to the Customer, Preparing Tables, Tidying.
     Sport Activities; Working in a business requires having flexibility at a certain level, heart respiration resistance, muscle resistance, flexibility and adequate body weight. Because they lack the skills to make good use of their time, people with intellectual disability mostly spend their time by sitting, watching T.V, and observing their surroundings. They have posture defects due to their lack of activity, and they commonly have weight problems. With the help of sport activities, people with intellectual disability will be provided with opportunities to spend their free time effectively, and to enjoy sport with their peers.
     Ceramics; The aim of this study is to enhance the hand-eye coordination and manual skills of the children, to provide a means of expressing their emotion and thoughts, to provide the means to create concrete objects in three dimensions through ceramics, and to give them a chance to be proud of their creations.
     Drama (Experience workshop); The main purpose of drama studies is to provide social attitude acquirement by experiencing social roles, to encourage the ability to take part in team-work, to improve social and individual confidence, and to improve the ability to express themselves in communication and interaction processes. In order to prepare them for production, studies will be done with music, and feedback will be given to the children by recording each session.
